Maine Arts Camp is a small, nurturing camp community with a maximum of 90 campers per session. Their camp is a place where children and teens feel comfortable expressing their creativity while meeting likeminded kids. Because campers receive a lot of personal attention from their exceptional staff, they grow in extraordinary ways that help them lead happy, meaningful and productive lives. This includes improving social skills, learning to make decisions, becoming more resilient, and gaining other character-building tools.
Maine Arts Camp needed a custom web portal to allow parents to register their children for summer camp. Within the portal, parents can register their children for one or two camp sessions, complete background information forms, choose camp activities, and pay their registration fees.
In addition to the public facing portal, Maine Arts Camp needed a wide range of back office tools created to schedule campers in their chosen activities, determine if any missing documents were still required, communicate with parents via bulk email, and more.
Lastly, a WordPress website was built to help with marketing the summer camp.
